Agrola in crops under tunnel

Our company, in addition to standard orchard and boom sprayers, designs and manufactures sprayers enabling effective crop protection in tunnels. Due to the variety of needs, these sprayers are created according to the expectations of our customers.

The row spacing in tunnels rarely exceeds three meters, which results in narrowing of the passage to about 1.2-1.5 m at the moment of the development of inflorescence shoots. Performing in such conditions a treatment with a classic sprayer due to its dimensions would be associated with damage to shoots, buds, etc. The solution is a specially developed Agrola 200 / 55F sprayer. Due to the low power demand of 18KM and small dimensions, it does not cause damage to cultivation, and the low fan by directing the liquid from the bottom upwards ensures good coverage. By choosing the right working parameters of the sprayer, we can increase the effectiveness of the treatment using the reflector effect (proper selection of excess air reflected from the tunnel surface directs excess liquid back to the plant).

As in the cultivation of raspberries, the cultivation of strawberries on tunnels tables, for economic reasons, there are no wide rows and the use of a classic sprayer treatment is practically impossible. There are several solutions, for smaller plantations we offer a 400-liter sprayer, without blowing, with a boom folded manually pulled by a micro-tractor equipped with a PTO shaft or a quad without a PTO shaft drive.

For larger plantations we offer a sprayer with a capacity of 1000 liters with an auxiliary air stream and an electrohydraulically folded boom.
